The Kalyani School received an award for their outstanding performance
in
conducting initiatives to promote climate consciousness in the society,
through the Pune Climate Warrior Program 2022-2023. The participating
schools created climate consciousness and also conducted projects and
activities, to take action against climate change. The contribution and
support of children, teachers, principals, and parents has been
commendable
throughout the year, for the Pune Climate Warrior Program. The TKS
children
made us proud by getting second place in the Environment Song
Competition
and received the Runners-Up trophy for the same.
We are immensely proud to announce that this month has brought in
another
moment of pride for TKS. The school has been ranked 2nd in Pune and 6th
in
Maharashtra under the Co-ed Day Schools Category, by Education World

On 6th of August, The Kalyani School received a Green Campus Award in
the
Gold category, by the Climate Reality Project, in the Principals
conclave at
Chennai. It was an acknowledgement of the efforts put in by the
teachers,
students and non-academic staff to improve energy efficiency, conserve
resources and to use renewable energy and management of wastes,
efficiently.
The Kalyani School was in the news this month for winning the
prestigious
Green Campus Award. Under the guidance of Neha Agarwal Ma’am, the school
has
taken several steps to ensure that we rejuvenate Mother Nature through
our
everyday activities. It is gratifying to be acknowledged for the
commendable
