Students learn Marathi as a State Language in addition to Hindi and English from Grade I onwards. In Grades VI to VIII, students choose between Sanskrit, Marathi and Spanish as their third language. In Grades IX and X, students choose between Hindi, Sanskrit and Marathi as their second language.
We use a combination of formative and summative assessments, including exams, projects, and skill-based evaluations. There are no pen-and-paper tests until Grade III. However, in Grades IV and V, students write 40-mark papers, and from Grade VI onwards, they have full-fledged exams, as per the directives of CBSE.
