For parents, choosing the right school goes beyond location or reputation—it’s about providing a strong foundation for life. Education shapes values, sparks creativity, and builds confidence, essential for success.

At this point, the key question arises: what should parents ask to judge a school’s excellence? Beyond brochures and rankings, they seek proof of teaching quality, extracurricular balance, and career guidance. True excellence means supporting each child through concept‑based education, hands‑on learning, and commitment to sports.

The following are a few questions that every parent must inquire about admission, as they uncover the true merit of the school.

These impactful questions are based on what I feel most parents like to judge a school by. I have been at TKS since my primary years and have seen a lot of excellent individuals come and go. A common question that I have asked a lot of my classmates is how their parents decide on what school they like best, and how they judge it.

And that is why I would like to say that these questions are based on my experience as a student, and the following paragraphs are my experience at The Kalyani School in accordance with the above questions.

At The Kalyani School, widely recognised as the bestCBSE School in Pune , students take part in interactive, concept‑based lessons and engage in hands-on learning in subjects such as science, astronomy, and robotics. This ensures education fosters curiosity and develops practical skills.

The school also has a dedicated team of mentors guiding students toward career goals. They provide options, preparation, and support for college admissions, ensuring every step is accompanied by expert guidance for future success.

A committed sports team trains students in athletics while teaching discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship. The school organises vibrant annual events like Sports Days and Run for Fun, while encouraging talented athletes to join school teams.

Teachers maintain open communication channels with parents, sharing progress updates regularly.
